The next morning, Noreen woke first, and though her body wanted to relive the pleasure that Jon had shown her the night before, her sensibility wanted to complete their task. So she roused Jon—who was incredibly cute with a halo of unkempt curls and puffy eyes. He went about working on the project while she made scrambled eggs and toast—eggs being a loose term for the vegan egg mix that he kept in a carton in the fridge. But it was either that or cereal and she wasn’t about to drink his weird looking soy milk.
